Beijing Dhome Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Dhome) is the licensee of HP (HP) wired audio, cables, and connectors.
Due to some partner companies failing to meet agreed business objectives and other reasons, in accordance with the contract, our company has decided to terminate all cooperation with the following companies effective immediately. The following companies are prohibited from engaging in any commercial activities such as production, sales, or promotion under the name of Dhome or HP. For any unauthorized use or other infringement of our agency's HP brand rights discovered without our authorization, our company will pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

Dhome hereby declare that due to various reasons Dhome decided to cancel the business cooperation with the following companies. From now on, the following companies should not manufacture, sale or market in the name of HP or Dhome.If found illegal action, Dhome reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of relevant enterprises:
